Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing my dietetic services.
As a registered dietitian with experience in both the NHS and international practice, I am committed to providing high-quality, professional care. To help manage appointments efficiently and ensure fairness for all clients, please review the following policy.

Appointments

Consultations are available by appointment only and are held online.

Payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost.

Failure to attend without notice (no-show) without notice may result in the full consultation fee being charged.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other clients’ bookings in which the full consultation fee will still apply.

If you are later than 20mins it will be deemed as a no-show /cancellation in which the full consultation fee may be charged and rebook needed.
Refunds

Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the dietitian.

If I need to cancel your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
Data Protection

All client information is treated in the strictest confidence and handled in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
