Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing my dietetic services. As a registered dietitian with experience in both the NHS and international practice, I am committed to providing high-quality, professional care. To help manage appointments efficiently and ensure fairness for all clients, please review the following policy. Appointments • Consultations are available by appointment only and are held online. • Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost. • Failure to attend without notice (no-show) without notice may result in the full consultation fee being charged. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other clients’ bookings in which the full consultation fee will still apply. • If you are later than 20mins it will be deemed as a no-show /cancellation in which the full consultation fee may be charged and rebook needed. Refunds • Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the dietitian. • If I need to cancel your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. Data Protection • All client information is treated in the strictest confidence and handled in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
